About this house rental
We are a privé of chalets with 2 qts for 4 people, staying up to 6. (Houses as per photos minimum of 7 nights)
and in the same common area as the apartments. (According to pictures of the building of 2 floors, minimum of 5 daily) with unique environment, having in it kitchen, wc, balcony, room for 2 people,.
OUR VALUES: December, January, February, daily house; R $ 300, apartments R $ 215. March, April, May and June, daily house: R $ 245 and apartments R $ 170. (Except Carnival) Note: Energy tax charged separately. House: R $ 10 / day, apartment R $ 8 / day.
Holidays different values.
Both types of real estate with, TV, Air conditioning, fridge, stove.
It also has a whole auxiliary and basic structure of glasses, pans, cutlery, bottle and carboy of water, broom, bucket, squeegee ... * We do not serve meals, we are furnished houses and apartments for rent where we deliver the same washed and sanitized ready to go. the use. * WE DO NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE, CLEANING, MEALS ... !!!!*P
REVELION PACKAGE 28-12 to 02-01-2019
* HOUSES for up to 6 adults R $ 2,850 30% for booking purposes and the balance can be up to 2x on credit card (+ carrier charge)
* APTS for up to 4 adults R $ 2,150
* Same value for carnival from Friday to Wednesday Ash *
* Payment for booking after 72 hrs no refund in case of holidays, revelion and carnival.
The chalets also have a private barbecue for your own barbecue. Hammock to lie down, sleep or read a good book, have a beer or enjoy a good wine.
We are a family condominium. WE DO NOT SERVE MEALS. Children are very welcome. Small dogs are allowed only within the rented property (subject to rules and advance contact) I will always be with my family to receive yours and assist you in any need.

Uma experiência extraordinária.
O chalé fica perto de tudo, dispensando a necessidade de levar a feira de casa. Tudo muito limpo e organizado, sem falar do carisma e atenção da proprietária, que nos dava todas as dicas necessárias.
Recomendo demais o Chalé e voltarei sempre pra lá!!!!

A estada foi simplesmente fantástica!
Chalé muito aconchegante, há menos de 5 minutos de caminhada da praia e do centro (no sentido oposto) e com tudo funcionando direitinho. Tudo o que você espera para ter conforto em uma casa de praia eles têm: ar-condicionado, chuveiro elétrico, piscina, churrasqueira, espaço para as crianças, etc.
Mas, de fato, o grande diferencial é a proprietária do local: Ana Paula, a quem posso hoje chamar de Aninha, uma amiga que ganhei nesses 10 dias em Serrambi.
Aninha está sempre disponível para ajudar no que for preciso, além de ser uma pessoa nota mil, prestativa como ninguém.
Muito obrigado pelos dias de lazer que o Chalé Caiçara e você, Aninha, nos proporcionaram. Voltaremos ai com toda a certeza!

Chale maravilhoso para quem quer se divertir com crianças e animais. Meu pais, que são idosos, também adoraram. Lugar limpo, agradável, com piscina e Playground. E o diferencial foi a recepção e a hospitalidade dos donos. Obrigado pela estadia e se deus quiser voltaremos em breve.
