About this apartment rental
Back on market due to high demand from previous guests! Would love to have you stay in my beautiful, top of the line, studio condo on the majestic South Shore of Maui. This condo features a full kitchen, complete with full-size stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster and more! Granite kitchen and tile throughout.
Very comfy queen size bed, 55 inch flat screen TV and AC. Floor to ceiling tile shower with plush towels, linens & pillows.
Beach equipment for your enjoyment, including 2 beach chairs w/umbrella to keep you cool at the beach, cooler, snorkel gear & boogie boards.
Coin operated laundry facility right by unit with multiple washers & dryers. Hours are 8am-9pm No coin machine in laundry area, so have your quarters or you may download the app located on machines for a more convenient experience. $3.00 to wash and $2.25 to dry (One hour).
Please remove outside shoes upon entering to keep sand & dirt to a minimum and quality areas rugs clean for the guests that visit after. Our sand here builds on the tile floors as well.
Major grocery stores, restaurants & shopping are within 1 mile. Access to beach right across the street from condo (200 steps or less) to capture spectacular, nightly sunsets.
Cruise down the 7 mile South Kihei Road stretch to some of the most sought after beaches Maui has to offer...Kamaole I, II and III, The Cove, Charlie Young, Big Beach and Makena Park to name a few. Centrally located making it an easy commute to westside Lahaina or upcountry to beautiful Kula and Ulupalakua winery. Bus stops right in front of complex for minimal fee. Must have exact change. $2 one way or $4 for a day pass.

Great, very well apportioned and efficient unit for my work trip here. Hallie was very accommodating and available. Hopefully I can come back for vacation someday…

I had the best time staying in Hallie's condo! The condo was so clean, had everything needed in the kitchen, bathroom, plus supplies for the beach, and snorkeling. I stayed here for over a month and Hallie was very helpful during my stay. She would bring me fresh eggs from upcountry, give me a ride when needed, answer any texts or phone calls when needing a recommendation or questions in general. I had to extend my stay an extra 8 days and Hallie was able to keep me an extra few nights but she always did everything she could to find me other accommodations when her place was no longer available. I can't wait to come back next year. Hallie is a friend for life, and her condo is exactly what I needed for my getaway.

First, I would like to give a shout out to the owner, Hallie, she was very friendly and helpful! Our flight was changed last min and it through off our schedule, Hallie was able to accommodate. The rental was clean and comfortable. Includes basic kitchen utensils, beach stuff and whatnot. Also, the property is right near the beach and relatively close to stores and resturants.
