El departamento es amplio, cómodo, muy limpio y luminoso. La dueña es amorosa. El único detalle que podría mencionar es que el único aire acondicionado que hay se encuentra en la habitación principal y, en días de más de 35 grados, no alcanza para bajar la temperatura de todo el ambiente. Se vuelve bastante pesado estar allí. Pero, por la noche, las amplias ventanas y el lavadero/balcón, ayudan a crear una corriente de aire muy agradable.
Hace falta un aire acondicionado más o un ventilador para el living-comedor. No alcanza con el único aire que hay en la habitación matrimonial para bajar la temperatura de todo el departamento.
