Well, I think so, and The Brigadune provides all of that and much more!
Located in the exclusive Arcadian Shores area of Myrtle Beach, the Brigadune is perfectly situated on prestigious Shore Drive which has no through traffic, allowing for a tranquil location away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. The condo is bordered on the east by the Atlantic Ocean and on the west by the Dunes Golf Club and a wildlife marsh. Imagine, getting up in the morning and having your coffee and juice, reading your newspaper on the balcony as the sun rises and noticing a school of dolphin swimming by. Or, if you are really energetic, joining the others on the beach for a refreshing, early morning walk ... also a great time to search for shells.
On vacation you don’t want to spend a lot of time driving from place to place. The Brigadune has the perfect location, convenient to all that you will want to do. You are 5 minutes from Restaurant Row, with over 100 restaurants; 5 minutes from golf (Arcadian Shores); 5 minutes from shopping (Tanger Outlet Mall, Wall Mart, Barefoot Landing); and, oh yes, did I mention you are 5 seconds from the beach!
Do you want to golf? There are over 100 championship golf courses in the greater Myrtle Beach area – something for every skill level. There are several courses within minutes of the Brigadune. There are even several “executive” (par 3) courses.
Are you looking for entertainment? There is a variety of nightlife ranging from top name performers to karaoke bars, to sports bars, to country music attractions ... to just about any type of entertainment that suits your interest. Recently, entertainment ranging from Le Grande Cirque to David Copperfield have performed locally.
Are you looking for good food? Myrtle Beach has over 1400 restaurants, ranging from the most exclusive, to the most casual, just off the beach, sandwich shop or pub. No matter your tastes, Myrtle Beach has a restaurant to suit your desire.
How about shopping? There is no shortage of shopping opportunities, ranging from the boutiques of Barefoot Landing, to the bustling and entertaining Broadway At The Beach, with all of its shops, entertainment and food. Within 5 minutes of the Brigadune is the Tanger Outlet mall, across the street from which is a Wall Mart that you can use for all of your basic necessities.

In addition to the activities listed above, the Brigadune is a leisurely 10 minute walk down the beach to the Apache Pier, the longest commercial pier on the east coast. And, it is about 5 minutes from Ocean Annies, a popular outdoor entertainment spot, right on the beach! For the kids, there is a swash about 500 yards down the beach, where they can go crabbing, fishing, or just enjoy the natural environment.
The Brigadune has many on-site amenities, to include beautiful landscaping, 24-hour front desk security, parking, two elevators, and an oceanfront heated pool.
This condo is located on the tenth floor of an 18 story complex and has all the amenities you would have at home – a fully equipped kitchen to include an ice-maker, blender, table service for eight, coffee maker, etc.; a spacious living area to include cable, DVD, wireless internet access, central heat and A/C; two bedrooms (one king and one queen) and two baths, with more than enough closet space. Space is not an issue as this condo measures just under 1500 square feet
A washer and dryer are located directly across the hall for your convenience.
This condo is perfectly suited for four; however, with a queen hide-a-bed in the living area, it can easily accommodate six. This condo is immaculately clean with ceramic tile in the kitchen, living area and bathrooms. The bedrooms are surfaced with upscale vinyl planking accented with area rugs. Sheets and towels are provided. PLEASE – this is a no smoking unit and no pets are allowed. The condo association does not allow for the parking of motorcycles.

We have been coming to Brigadune for years and this is one of the absolute best condos! This unit is well cleaned, decorated beautifully, has plenty of kitchen supplies, and the host always responds promptly to communication. We love it here and plan to keep coming back!
