This newly renovated home is tastefully furnished and comfortable for a family or small group. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood only minutes away from shopping, restaurants, golfing, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Barefoot Beach Preserve – voted one of the top 10 beaches in the USA. Plus, only a short drive to Naples, Ft. Myers Beach and Orlando.
The home also features a new mattresses in all bedrooms; king-sized bed in master, a queen bed in guest bedroom, an additional guest room with two twin beds, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in living room, allowing at least 6 to sleep comfortably. As an added bonus, the master bedroom has direct access to the lanai and pool.
Additional Information:
Pool heating its optional, guests may choose this option for a fee of $125/week or $350/month. Ask owner for more details.
Also there is a 3.5% fee when guests are paying with credit card. The fee will be added to final payment. Contact owner for details.
Southern exposure, privacy fenced in backyard, a two car garage, private in ground heated pool, linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs are included. Our family enjoyed a 10 day stay near the most beautiful beaches! The host was very helpful and communicated details promptly. The home was clean, spacious, located in a very convenient and quiet neighborhood. We were able to see many starfish at local beaches and enjoyed our dining at nearby Coconut Jacks! The Safari mini golf was just a short walk away. We will definitely stay again!!

Our stay at Casa Bonita was amazing. The home was beautiful and clean and felt just like home. We enjoyed the patio lights around the pool at night. We also enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood. Check-in and communication was clear and easy. We look forward to future stays. Thank you

The house was very well stocked, clean, private and close to everything! Chris was easy to communicate with and quick at responding to any questions. We had no complaints!

My fiance and I stayed at Casa Bonita for a week in June (2017). We had a great stay. This was our first time renting, and we were a but hesitant. However, the property was clean and everything worked. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we had because we felt like we were at home. This property is a short drive or bike ride to the beach, but if the beach isn't on your plans for a day, there is a great covered pool in the back. Chris was very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had while staying. The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is quiet. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is it! We look forward to renting this property in the future!
