Come and make yourself at home in a beautiful 5,300 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, house with a SPECTACULAR view of 8 Cascade Mountain peaks.
This unique home has plenty of room to roam with 5 acres of property that sits on the bluff above Tumalo State Park and is just a short walking distance to the Deschutes River for floating and fishing.
The wonderfully landscaped yard has four water features, three irrigation ponds, a pasture and plenty of trees for shade.
A circular driveway allows for lots of parking along with a gated entrance to provide privacy.
The front deck has an outdoor seating arrangement along with a 60" flat screen TV and includes a gas and charcoal BBQ's.
As you enter this split level home, you are drawn upstairs by the amazing views.
The gourmet kitchen is adjoining to the dining room and living room/great room with a 80" flat screen TV.
The entertainment room has leather chairs, leather couches and a ping pong table. There is also exercise equipment, a half bathroom, a laundry facility, and the first mater bedroom and full bath are upstairs.
Downstairs contains a pool table room, 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths along with the second Master Bedroom and full bathroom which includes a steam shower.
A Jacuzzi rests on the back deck with the amazing views of the mountains.
At this home, you will feel like you are in the country although you are only minutes away from downtown Bend.

Overall our stay was great. Property was in a more "used" condition than I was expecting ie. dirty carpets, stains on furniture, door handles coming off, etc.

Really lovely property! Well equipped for cooking and hanging out with TVs, ping pong, billiards, hot tub, and grills. AC kept the house comfortable even with the summer heat and the Tumalo State Park is just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. I hope we'll get to come back!
