BOASTING 4 spectacular themed bedrooms including Harry Potter, Star Wars, Princess room with Cinderella Carriage beds and a Mickey Bedroom our vacation villa boasts even more! Step into the Jurassic Park games room for a Roaring good time, or chill in our vintage inspired loft area complete with high end slate bed pool table card table and TV.
With a private south facing pool area, lots of outdoor seating comprising seating for 8 at the dining table, relaxing sectional seating area and luxurious pool loungers you can really find that space to decompress from the excitement of your vacation.
The living area has a huge seating area and indoor dining for 10, as well as large granite breakfast bar seating 5. The fabulous kitchen is fully loaded for the chef, complete with slow cooker, waffle maker, coffee maker and more!
Children are welcomed and accommodated with high chair and 2 strollers as well as play pen.

This house had it all…pool and outdoor area. Inside so much to do for adults and kids. Themed rooms was a great touch. Host was excellent. Highly recommend.

The house was nice. the property manager was excellent - any issues I had they responded promptly. The furniture/bedding was a little worn dated. The pool chairs could use an upgrade. The advertisement said "steps to the clubhouse" unfortunately that was not the case. The clubhouse was not that far but there was not short cut that we could find to get there so it was much more then steps - probably a 10-15 minute walk. Other than that we enjoyed our time there.

The house was amazing. We loved the theater room and pool the best. The game room was also very nice. It was all that claimed to be.

While the house is pretty and the themed rooms are awesome for the kids…
When we got there the property manager was still cleaning and said there was an issue with the pool heat and they’d be fixing it the next day. I had to text him to ask if it had been fixed, we received no updates. After 5 days the pool was still not even remotely warm, mentioned it again and it took 2 more days to be told it was either a major repair or replacement of the heater. We were there 10 days with no use of the pool which was why we chose the house, photos of the pool area over another home I rented. I messaged the homeowner looking for a refund of something due to no heat at the pool and have been ignored.
The home does not have enough utensils to have everyone seated for 1 meal. There were 12 of us and 9 spoons, 11 forks.
Pool area does not look like photos. The loungers in the photos are gone, there are only 3 and 1 is broken. They are plastic now, not cushioned.
The championsgate community area is nice. The pool there is heated, lazy river nice (not heated) and seems like enough loungers for the colder weather we had.
