This home on Ocean View Blvd. sits directly across from the Pacific Grove Coastal Trail and just a short walk away from Monterey Bay Aquarium (3 blocks), Cannery Row, Downtown Pacific Grove and Lover’s Point. There is a fantastic ocean view with no obstructions from the open space living room, kitchen and dining area. Wake up and watch the waves from two of the three bedrooms.
This 1700 sq. ft., one story home, is easily accessible from the carport, which has space for three cars. It is walking distance to great restaurants and bars but has a wonderful kitchen that is great for staying in and enjoying the view. Watch for otters, seals and whales... lots of activity in front of this house (Casa Del Mar).
This is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath luxury home. The master bedroom (The Butterfly Room) has a Sleep Number king bed and an attached bathroom with a soaker bathtub, separate shower, and double sinks. Wake up to see the ocean while lying in bed. Fall asleep watching the flat screen LED Smart TV. The back bedroom (The California Room) has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, it can also be split into two XL twin beds. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player in this room. The third bedroom (The Sea Star Room) also has an ocean view and can be used as an office. Has a queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress, and make it a third bedroom. There is also one twin Aero-bed, a regular twin air mattress, a PacNPlay and kid booster seat.
The fully stocked kitchen has lots of counter space and features a professional style gas range and convection oven. The dining room table is set for 6 but can accommodate 8 and extra folding chairs and tables are available. The living room has plenty of seating, two chairs, loveseat, sofa and a bay window. Enjoy watching TV or a movie on the 55” flat screen LED Smart TV or Blu-ray player. Or just sit by the gas fireplace and look out the large windows at the incredible ocean view. A telescope and binoculars are available to help spot ocean life.
There is a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a meal on the back patio, while still seeing the ocean. Other outside sitting areas can also be enjoyed.
Wi-Fi, video games (PS2, which can be used on any of the three TV's), puzzles, books, board games and a few toys are available for most age levels.
Amplified sounds or other loud noises, auctions, commercial functions, weddings, and other similar large group activities are not allowed.

What a lovely location and well appointed house. It was perfect! My grandsons 3 and 4 yrs old said they loved the house. It was stocked with games, toys and located directly across the street from the beach. My dad 81 yrs old enjoyed it being senior friendly. Views were incredible and we watched the sealife from both bedrooms, kitchen and living room. We were in town celebrating my mothers 3 celabration of life by catamaran. Thank you, Fred and Mary

Well equiped kitchen. Breath taking panoramic views. Minutes from the aquaurium and Cannery Row. Would definately book again.

Great location. Saw dolphins, seals, birds cavorting, easy walk to aquarium, Starbucks, andronicos.
