Wonderful family home in Keystone Ranch steps away from clubhouse, pool and tennis courts. The best location in Keystone Ranch, with unbeatable views of the lake, golf course, and access to all the amenities. This large single family home has everything you need for your perfect ski or golf vacation. The home has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. The rooms are split half on the main level and half on the lower level. The home is an excellent family home and could easily accommodate 4 families of 4! There is a room breakdown below.
This private home will give your family and guests the space they need to sprawl out and enjoy all the beauty of Keystone, Colorado. The golf course clubhouse is steps away from the property which make this a great destination for golf trips, or for wedding parties that are celebrating their wedding at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Keystone Ski resort is a quick 10 min drive to the resort, or 5 min drive to the shuttle buses. You get the best of Keystone, without the noise of the crowded resort area. Quick drive to shopping and restaurants in Keystone, Dillon and Silverthorne make this an ideal vacation spot. Quick 20 min drive to Breckenridge or 40 min to Vail for people looking to take advantage of all the world class skiing within a quick drive.
There is a large open family area on the main level with open floor plan kitchen dining and living area. Two gas fireplaces and access to the large open deck that overlooks the openspace and lake that flanks the world renowned Ranch Golf Course. There are three bedrooms on the main level, including a large master with gas fireplace and en-suite bathroom. Main level has a 40" 4K TV that can be closed in a cabinet for those looking to eliminate the noise of a TV. Also a large Bose Soundtouch speaker for those who like to enjoy music while playing cards in front of the fireplace. Large dining room table seats 10 comfortably, with additional seating for 5 at the countertop.The walk out lower level has an additional 3 beds and large family room with 65" 4K TV and foosball table, as well as large bunk room for kids. The views from the deck overlook the lake at the golf course as well as amazing mountain sunsets.
The home is family friendly and comes stocked with all the necessary appliances, housewares and also toys and books for children. There is a pack 'n play for kids, as well as kid friendly games, books, silverware, plates and dishes. Washer and dryer on site, make this an ideal set up for families with small children.
