Very large covered outdoor private patio great seating and BBQ area fully fenced in yard. Fire table 🔥Unique experience to shower under the Stars in full privacy. Home is fully stocked and furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath. 2 toilets 2 vanities inside. 1 shower inside and another Shower outside under the Stars full privacy....yes it has hot water :) 1500SF plenty of extra space for 5 people max. The living room has 52 " flat screen firestick TV with Sling live TV, comfy couches. The kitchen is equipped with many extras most smaller kitchen essentials and spices / condiments. Location is premium to Dining shopping and entertainment... here's a few popular details....25 min. drive to Jensen Beach or Fort Pierce Beach. I Live in a condo just 2 miles away with an awesome heated pool. You could use that pool upon request, i can leave you a key. 2.2 miles to I-95, 3.5 miles Mets Spring Training & PGA golf Courses, 18 miles to beach 2.5 miles Tradition square and Saint Lucie west for endless dining and shopping.

The host, Julia was gracious and welcoming. The house was modern and very nicely decorated. Plenty of games and beach equipment provided. The fenced back yard and covered patio were private and very pleasant. Plenty of nice towels. On the negative side, we booked a house with 2 bathrooms and were given access to 1 and one half bathrooms. On arrival, the state of cleanliness was somewhat less than a fresh motel suite-in particular the ceramic tile floors and the kitchen.The only LR seating was a large sectional which was not comfortable. The recliner piece may or may not have had a broken foot rest according to note left, but the seat cushion was lumpy and uncomfortable so we never used it at all. No extra toilet paper or tissues so we needed to buy more for our one month stay.
