Lake Front deep water home with private dock. The property is a secluded house "Away from it all." Well maintained, bright, cheery, home with vaulted ceiling, large lot on Great Creek. House is completely furnished for your stay.
2 Adult and 2 Kid kayaks are provided for guest use.
Located only 4 miles from I-85 Exit 4. Beautiful wide creek is great for water skiing, jet skiing, fishing and just cruising in your boat (rental boats located nearby) and access to main lake just minutes away. House has deck with umbrella table, chairs and charcoal grill.

The house is recently renovated, clean and well appointed with nice decor. The neighbors are close but there is a wooded barrier that makes it feel secluded. The fire pit is a fantastic amenity. The dock had a lovely expansive view. It was too cold for swimming but looked like that would be a fantastic option during the summer.

My husband, fur baby and I really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and quiet just like we had hoped. Renting the home was seamless and the host was very accommodating and informative in providing local spots to check out.The home was clean, we did have to use the blower upon arrival because of the fallen leaves on the deck and front steps. Aside from that, very clean and tidy.Great home!

Had a great time!!!, perfect spot for our motorcycle trip around Lake Gaston and Lake Kerr. Chris was very helpful and a great communicator.

Property decor is nice and house was large enough to accommodate our family. Depth at dock is around 6 feet deep so kids can jump in cautiously and play.*Note that you must take all your trash with you when leaving. To my surprise we had to take all of our trash with us when we left. While the host provides instructions on a place to dump your trash near 85 that is great for people traveling that way... we were not. Carpet and LVP looked updated but the rest of the house needs TLC. Living Room has three different paint colors (two colors are slapped on the wall in a small area like they stopped mid renovation). The back door is peeling badly. Missing drain in bathroom sink. Master shower has a large patch on the shower pan which still feels like you could fall through the floor. Large dead tree branches in the yard and a blue tarp covering a dirt pile as you walk towards the dock.Safety Concerns: Dry rotting deck board, ladder is cracked/broke at weld joint on right side. Umbrella stand is not secured to decking properly. Kayaks worked good for what we wanted to do however the seat backs are all broken. Housekeeping: Linens and bathrooms were very clean. No towels in hall bathroom, they were left in the dryer. Clean dishes were in the dishwasher when we arrived. Used coffee and beans were not cleaned out of the coffee pot. Grill not cleaned. Spider webs in corners of living room and main bedroom. Wash sponge dirty and no trash bags available. Cabinets need cleaning
