Excellent condo, well appointed with everything you would need. Only issue is the pool and non-residents using the pool. Tree nights we had 6-7 under aged individuals using the pool while guests stayed out of the pool. Overall it was a great experience.

Great stay, clean condo, wonderful location (right on the beach), excellent property managers, great communication, made everything nice and easy. We were able to enjoy our vacation without worries of anything! Will definitely book this same one again on our next trip to Maui!

The stay while we were there was pretty great. We wanted to stay right on the beach and booked our whole trip around being in this particular apartment steps from the beach. It was exactly what we expected and needed. However, there was a flooding issue while we were out. We hadn't used the garbage disposal or even put anything down the drain, but the condos are stacked on top of each other and the pipe can get backed up from all of the units above you. So, while we were out for the day- the kitchen sink flooded the kitchen and small part of the living area. The pipe to the street was clogged, so all the sinks in the floors above us drained into the rental apartment. The situation was stressful, and property management was mostly really great about it. We helped clean it and somebody came the next to clean it. We were told it would be cleaned thoroughly, but it was cleaned superficially. That next day moisture control required a specialist come and put out huge loud fans. It's understandable that they wanted to abate any possible damage. We had to move to another place, and all the options presented were not ideal. I wouldn't have even booked the trip at the places that were available so last minute. Didn't gripe, just picked the least offensive choice which was in a good part of another town, near a golf course. It was somebody's idea of nice, just not mine. According to the bill, I will be reimbursed for the difference in price between the two units. Still, nobody called me and apologized or offered any recompense for our time dealing with the flooding or being forced out. They did thank me for being understanding, but never asked what they could do to actually make it good. Later, in the new apartment there was a worn laminated sign stating to not put any fibrous materials down the garbage disposal as it can cause an inconvenienced vacation. Wish those signs had been posted in apartments above us at first place! And, the property manager that first came to the flooded apartment said it happened often to first floor apartments and he had seen it happen in two other apartments in the same building. Since it is a known issue, it seems like they could have a maintenance schedule where they clear out those drains before flooding happens. Inconvenienced is right.
