1 Bedroom on the Beach next to Sunglow pier - building fully renovated.

Absolutely AMAZING! After hours check in was so easy and our host was the absolute greatest to work with, especially with understanding our unexpected change in arrival time due to flight delays and changes. The unit itself was clean, fully stocked with everything we could have needed, adorable and the perfect size for my family of 3. The best part was that the property was right on the beach with direct access from the same parking lot. We loved every single thing about this trip AND this rental! We would 100% stay here again!!

This was a Godsend listing. VRBO double booked our first reservation at this resort. With the help of another owner who was on site, who saved us the first day. We were lucky to find this condo after the previous renter had to leave early. This was a bright, clean little unit. We enjoyed the stay very much, the pool and hot tub were great, and we used them almost every day. This location had a beach front access, directly in front of the beach area where surfers appears most regularly. Steps away was a nice Seafood restaurant on a pier. They were open for breakfast through late dinner and offered the perfect amount of gluten free options. Bonus for us! This unit is on the first floor, directly off the parking lot. Although it seemed like it might be loud, aside from our first week when it was also bike week, the parking lot was really not that loud, and very few people walked in front of the vehicles, so we could sit undisturbed on the porch area. This was actually perfect for us, as we had bicycles with us, that we were able to keep on our porch under a roof and take in and out easily. It would also be the perfect spot for a surfer. Inside, the bed was super comfy, we had everything we needed and the WIFI was perfect, since we worked while here. Overall this was a wonderful place and we would definitely recommend it.

Highly recommend this property! Very well kept and the owners are so so nice. Bob and his son were very prompt with getting back to me on any questions that we had. Property is very secure, and we felt very safe there. Easy access to the beach and pool, and the location of this condo in relation to the parking lot made it so easy to load and unload the car. Highly recommend, we will be back for sure!
