Condo was very clean. Great amenities. Elevators worked great! Location is great - across the street from the beach; casinos and plenty of restaurants close by. Traffic was never a problem.

The kitchen was "mish mash" of items (quality of pans). Limited amount of trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc. Would be nice to know in advance what items the renter should plan to provide. The floor was not very clean, white socks turned black. Kitchen lights flickered. Overall, the facility was very nice (security, parking, pool, and the view was wonderful). If our concerns were addressed, we would recommend this unit.
