Polo Beach Club #406 is a beautiful, comfortable oceanfront condo with breathtaking views of Molokini, West Maui, Kahoolawe, and Lanai. The unobstructed sunsets are absolutely stunning - and no two ever seem quite the same.
While staying at Polo Beach Club, you are just steps from Polo Beach, a quiet, gated beach, as well as the Wailea Beachwalk, a beautiful oceanfront path that winds past some of Wailea’s best resorts and continues to the Shops at Wailea and beyond. Whether your walk takes you north along everyone’s favorite Wailea Beachwalk or south past a neighborhood of incredible oceanfront estates, you will never be bored by the endless beauty of God’s creation.
During your stay, you can embrace as much activity - or non-activity - as you need. Right on Polo Beach are small tide pools, great waves for boogie boarding and body surfing, and even a few small crabs to terrorize kids (and for the kids to terrorize). A little farther out, you can find great snorkeling and diving right in front of the Polo Beach Club.
Just above the beach, relax by the pool and enjoy the hot tub overlooking the ocean.
For golfers, the Wailea Blue and Gold Courses are only about five minutes up the hill and offer wonderful golf with some beautiful Maui views.
The Shops at Wailea, just north of the Grand Wailea Resort, offer a nice variety of shopping and restaurants. Or, if you would rather stay in, prepare dinner in #406 to the sound of the surf and enjoy your meal while watching another spectacular Maui sunset.
At the end of the day, allow the sound of the ocean gently meeting the shore to lull you to sleep.
Hawaii has been one of the great loves of our family’s life. We lived on Oahu for three years while serving in the Navy and later returned to live there as civilians. For many years, we came to Maui to attend yearly conferences and stayed in Wailea. We took many, many walks along the Wailea Beachwalk, usually turning around at Polo Beach Club before heading back.
In 2003, we decided “just for fun” to see if there happened to be an oceanfront condo for sale. Through some amazing events and timing, we were blessed with Polo Beach Club #406.
Over the years, Polo has brought many wonderful people into our lives. We have made friends with other owners, Polo Beach Club staff, and guests who have returned to stay with us again and again.
Every time we return to Maui, the moment we walk through the door of #406, the concerns of the day seem to be replaced with serenity and peace.
It is our hope that Polo Beach Club #406 will offer you that same sense of serenity, peace, and rest - and that you will enjoy being caressed by the gentle Maui tradewinds as much as our family has for more than twenty years.

Polo Beach Club is a perfect spot, right on the beach with great views from almost every unit. We’ve been staying there for over 25 years and have experienced many different units. The owners of this unit were easy to deal with and it had plenty of towels and some basic spices and condiments, which some units do not have. On the less positive side, the unit itself is not as updated as most we’ve stayed in. It’s all little things: the tv wires are just hanging all over the place below the tv with lots of screws and holes in the wall, the tv remote is sticky to touch, the bedroom door cannot be locked, the new washer and dryer are too big so the closet doors cannot be closed, leaving the laundry units open in the main room. Small things, but not typical of most units we’ve experienced.

We’ve stayed at Polo Beach club in many units. This is a fabulous location, but the unit itself is very tired. It needs a good updating to justify the price.
