Over all.. very nice and very friendly host and good services. Only thing is the shower needs to improved little bit. We will he back again!.

We always love staying at the Azure. Although this trip in general was different than we were expecting for personal reasons, the condo would have been perfect for our stay had it gone as planned. We did have a few noticeable issues at the beginning that we immediately communicated with Villy and she promptly responded and repaired what she could. It was a hindrance to not be able to use the main patio door that was broken because our 2 year old would be napping in the master bedroom in his port-a-crib and prevent us from going in and out during that 3 hour block, but there weren’t any available contractors to fix it right away and you can only control what you can control. The other minor issues were electrical and floor cleanliness at check-in, but neither impacted our short stay. The location is perfect on the first floor, straight out to the pool. The pool does have very strictly enforced rules which is a little annoying but understandable. We hope to be back sooner than later to try our trip again!

We had a wonderful vacation! Being on the first floor with a few steps to the pool and close location to the beach was excellent. Appreciated having beach chairs and an umbrella, with an extra set stored at the condo. Easy walk to some restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream. Great communication with the host. Upon arrival, the floor lacked cleanliness. Would have been nice to have a deck of cards and/or some board games. Providing beach towels would have also been nice.

The location was very nice and so were the amenities. However, our unit was very dirty. Had to wear socks and then throw them away each day. Even attempted to wash the floors, but just not enough to get rid of the dirt…needs professional steam cleaning. Walls definitely need to be painted but that can be expected…but the floor moldings were splashed with dirt as well as the kitchen cabinets. Dishes were found with residual waste on them. Had to Re-wash anything we used. Food stuck in the cushions of the furniture. Area rug probably has never been cleaned.
Worse…cockroaches in the bathrooms each morning.
Several of us came home with bites all over our feet and lower legs.
Love the property…just not the unit.
I actually have never written a negative review before, but this deserves it. Our family owns three smaller condos down the beach, but decided to rent those out and opt to rent a larger unit to accommodate the six of us in one location
My recommendation is a new cleaning company.
