Great location, comfortable accommodations and communicative host.

Garrett was a great host! The bathrooms were a little small but clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the appliances all worked fine. The table and chairs on the balcony were comfy and we used them a lot. Parking was good and carts were available. Didn't use the pool cuz it was not heated!

Pros: nice location, great owner communication, cleanliness, quiet, comfortable bed, well equipped, on the beach
Cons: worn saggy living room furnishings, stained carpet, surprisingly dark inside even with east facing windows, excellent pool but unheated so too cold to swim at this time
