About this house rental
This is a second story apartment, high angled ceiling, 1/2 block walk from the Ocean Park beach on the Park Boulevard area of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Tower Garden just added for your enjoyment of Organic eating. The beach is right behind the house, Is one of the most known beaches for wind or paddle surfers , snorkel, kite surfers , surfers, and all types of water sports. It has two bedrooms, each one with a closet, two bathrooms and free WIFI. A train table is there for the young ones. A studio is also available on same property. Listing 490333 VRBO-sleeps two in this Honeymoon suite!.We have all the amenities and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a safety deposit box for your valuables and peace of mind. Two Baby cribs, train table, beach toys and a couple of air mattress w/power pump are available. The area is an old neighborhood in one of the most popular beaches in San Juan, close to restaurants, bus stop & hotel area, Great beach for paddle boarding and water sports and it also has a park with a playground and for exercising. The kitchen has electric stove with oven, microwave oven, full refrigerator. The washing machine and dryer are downstairs. Both bedrooms have air conditioning,ceiling fans and separate baths. 40kw generator and cistern as well! A couple of bikes if you'd like to explore the Old City! Great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach. Kiko is great to work with. Makes everything convenient. Close to some excellent little restaurants. Easy access to a lot of sites.

Great location, nice home, lovely art, awesome outdoor space with lots of greenery. Comfy beds and kitchen nicely stocked if you chose to eat in. We were a family of four and we were very comfortable and felt very safe. Our host, Kike was helpful and readily available. We would stay again.

Kiko's property is very tastefully decorated and the location is perfect if you'd like to be near the ocean. Kiko was extremely friendly and I think he's the kind of person who will try and go out of the way for his customers. Our only caveat is that the property is only two bedrooms (with air conditioning only in the bedrooms) so it was perhaps a bit too small for our family of six (and with only a small water heater in one of the bathrooms, we probably could have used a bigger place.)

My husband and I loved our time here. Kiki was a fantastic host and incredibly helpful and thoughtful during our time there. Their home is in a perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the patio and beautiful artwork all around the house. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here, and hope to come back again.
