About this house rental
This light-flooded and modern wooden holiday home is located directly in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse in Brandenburg not far from the biosphere reserve Schorfheide. It convinces by the location in the first row to the water a beautiful view of the boats of the sports boat harbor.
The vacation home is cozy and furnished in Scandinavian style. The open living and dining area with kitchenette invites you to linger.
From the gallery-like second floor you also have a great view of the water. The panoramic windows provide a bright, light-flooded room. On the gallery there is also a folding mattress as an additional sleeping option, so you can enjoy the magnificent view right after waking up. The two other bedrooms are each equipped with a cozy double bed.
Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and fresh air at any time of the year. In winter, after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy woods, you can warm up again in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. Here in the harbor village you can relax all year round.
The large terrace and garden invite you to sunbathe and barbecue. A barbecue is ready for you. After trips to one of the nearby bathing lakes (5 km) or longer bike tours you will find peace and relaxation in the garden.
Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways is.
This area a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses, which stretch along the canal "Langer Trödel".

Manche Dinge sind nicht so recht transparent. Man übernimmt das Objekt im Bürohaus (keine Möglichkeit irgendwelche Zählerstände von Gas, Wasser, Strom zu erfragen/abzulesen, die Sauberkeit im Haus zu checken, ect.). Beim Checkout wird das Haus vom Servicemitarbeiter direkt vor Ort abgenommen und die Zählerstände werden von diesem abgelesen. Wieviel Verbrauch man schlussendlich hatte, kann man selbst nicht überprüfen und muss sich auf die Ehrlichkeit verlassen. Desweiteren zahlt man zusätzlich für die Endreinigung, findet aber teilweise schmutziges Geschirr, Töpfe, Gläser, Besteck in den Schränken vor. Die Betten sind bei Abreise selbst abzuziehen, sämtliche Mietwäsche muss ins Servicebüro gebracht werden, sämtlicher Müll ist zu entsorgen, das Haus ist sozusagen besenrein zu übergeben und trotzdem wird der volle Preis für die Endreinigung fällig. Im Haus hängt die freundliche Bitte, dass man bei Trockenheit doch bitte mal den Rasen und die Blumen gießen soll. Macht man dies, so geht das auf die eigene Abrechnung, denn Wasser muss schließlich auch nach Verbrauch extra gezahlt werden. Alles in allem hat es uns in der Anlage recht gut gefallen, aber die vielen kleinen Details lassen einen schon nachdenken.
