App. ADRIAN is on the ground floor, has a living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, but has a very nice garden of 30 m2 with a terrace and grill. Sofa bed in living room - space for max 4 people
In winter 2018/2019 there is app. ADRIAN completely rebuilt and thus gets a new, great living feeling and comfort. New modern kitchen and bathroom, also comes a new comfortable sofa bed. In the garden tiles, the dining table and the grill are renewed. New windows, doors and a thermal facade also improve the view from the outside.
Internet connection, final cleaning, parking, bed linen, towels and visitor's tax are included. Deposit is EUR 200.00 in cash on site.
If one of our yachts is free, we offer a free day trip with it.

Nice place, good contact with the owner, very useful terrace, quiet neighborhood. A bit far to the pebble beach - about 12-15 minutes walk.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen perfekt.
Gute Lage kurze Wege zum Strand und Supermarkt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung war gut gelegen, um sich zum Strand oder in die kleine Stadt Punat zu begeben. Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich nett und unkompliziert, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken, um uns gekümmert hat.
