Very lovely relaxing home and property. I don’t think you could get a better view of Lake Vermilion anywhere. I wish we had rented a boat……maybe next time!

Amazing stay at Birch Point! The property offered something for everyone .... adults loved the hot tub and outdoor patio areas for morning coffee and late day adult beverages .... our 3-year old granddaughter loved exploring the boardwalk areas with her trike. Interior of house was awesome for our group ... spacious and welcoming. Very well furnished kitchen for tableware and cookware. Already talking about a return trip for our family!! Big thanks to the owner Holly!! She was very friendly and responsive.

Fantastic property. Absolutely everything you need for a great family vacation in beautiful surroundings. The home itself was very spacious and was stocked with all bath/kitchen/laundry requirements. It sits on a peninsula with a ton of private shoreline. Wifi coverage and speed was great. The most important amenity for some was the hot tub and it did not disappoint. It was huge, clean and very private. We brought our boat with us so dock/lake access was very important. The docks associated with the property were great. Easy access to fishing spots and quieter water for relaxing and tubing. Only advice there is I would utilize a public ramp to get your boat in/out (there is one right across the main Birch Point road) and not the 'ramp' in the lagoon. Holly, the owner, was quick with responses and advice. We will be back!

The interior of the house was even nicer than it was in the photos. Stocked to the hilt with everything you could possibly need. One thing to be aware of, the wi-fi was very spotty and non-functional for a fair amount of the time. I would never dock a vacation property for bad wi-fi, because honestly put down the device and go to the lake. But if you NEED service, have a backup plan. Cell service was great, so you could easily use that as a hot-spot if needed. We loved the ample seating on the patio area; there was a nice breeze off the lake every evening and we sat out there a lot. The hot tub was great. The dock was perfect for our pontoon rental from the Marina down the road. All of the other 7 guests were amazed at how beautiful it was. I was the star of the week for finding this gem. Thanks!
