Walk out the door to the beach. Property is very clean, well maintained, lobby with customer service to assist occupants. Pull out sofa and roll away cot make this one bedroom a sleep 5. Full kitchen. Amenities include ocean, lounge chairs for beach, swimming pool, hot tub, barbeque area, recreation room (ping pong, billiards), tennis courts, shuffle board. FREE Internet and cable TV.

Weeks at this resort sell from $1,000 to $10,000 depending on building, view and number of bedrooms. NEVER rent or buy in Buildings A, B, C as they are very old, and so small that it is claustrophobic. My $5,000 ask is very fair. If you intend to come back to this property you will do better to own the week rather than to continuously rent each year.
