About this apartment rental
Fully contained First Floor Apartment with a separate entrance attached to a private home located in the Heart of Horsham Twp. with a great open concept living area. You will have 2 Generous Sized Bedroom and full bath, Kitchen features Stove, Fridge and microwave. I will provide Linen pack that includes 1 Sheet Set per advertised bed, 1 Hand Towel per bathroom and 1 Bath Towel per each guest. No wash cloths provided. I offer free Wi-Fi and one vehicle off street parking. Our convenient location means you are close to Horsham's Business Campus, Parx Casino, major roads and highways including the Pennsylvania turnpike, Willow Grove Park Mall and all the shopping and dining Horsham has to offer. SEPTA train system is accessible from nearby Hatboro train station.

Returned to the Phila area after about 18 yrs away. This property was very conveniently located to many family and friends. It was a short drive from the train station to take SEPTA into the city. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. All in all a wonderful stay!

Spacious and clean accommodations. It was a "girls' getaway" and it was perfect for us. It's a convenient location. Very nice deck and large yard. No complaints.

We recently stayed at this property for 10 days of a two week trip to Northeast Pennsylvania for medical treatments for my wife. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. The property was spotless upon our arrival and had all the necessities, including coffee, that we needed. Very private and quiet with a huge deck with table, chairs and a gas grill that we unfortunately were not able to use due to rain almost the entire time we were there. Centrally located to many fine restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. We wished we could have stayed longer than 10 nights, checking into a hotel was letdown. We definitely recommend this property and will attempt to book again ourselves should it become necessary to return. The only thing I would change about the property would be the mattress on the king sized bed. For my wife and many others it is great, but for me with a back it was much to firm. The queen mattress in the second bedroom suited me me quite well.

We were very happy with the rental. It was clean and well maintained. The only disappointment was that the yard was not fully fenced. It was open where the driveway was so we were not able to let our dog off leash. Other then that we were happy and would stay agin.
