About this cabin rental
* We allow dogs. A $100 pet fee must be paid before arriving at the location. each home has a ring door bell camera, if you bring a pet without paying the fee it will increase to $250. Thank you for understanding!

This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage sits on acres of flat land with a large beautiful pond and dock. This home is located on our personal property which is all completely fenced in and includes a locked and coded gate to enter. We live on top of the hill in our main home. We are excited and pleased to open this home to you and your family!
Located 30 Mins South of Chattanooga
The pond is stocked with fish so bring the fishing poles! Nice open floor plan kitchen and sitting area overlooking the pond. Includes Wi-Fi.
The stars are so beautiful here at night. They are so bright! Nice large front porch. Sit here, drink a cup of coffee or tea and watch the wildlife go to the pond.
Plenty of level yard to play games on! Please bring folding chairs for your enjoyment by the pond! We cannot wait to have you as our guests!
**There are 2 well trained dogs that live at our home. Sometimes they come down to the pond to swim. All they want is love! Just want to let you know in advance.
**** If you notice in the last picture the owners personal storage garage is near the home however, we will not bother our guests or interrupt you!

This property was perfect to get away from city. Not a sound at night but the cicatas. Stars were so nice. Fishing was good. Kept the kids happy. Harrys gas station and dolkar general. About 10 minutes away for all your needs. Loved the house. Cozy, relaxing.. enjoyed it.

The house was very spacious and the yard and pond were great, but there were a few things that were not up to par for us. The house is listed as a nonsmoking home but the property smelled of smoke the instant we opened the door. There was even a cigarette butt stain on a recliner. As a non smoker with a child, this was a big disappointment. The couches were stained and felt filthy to the touch. Some washable slip covers would have been nice. The bed slept well and the bathroom was fine, but the floors through the whole house did not seem like they had been cleaned in months. They were very dirty to the point where we wore shoes the whole time inside the home. It really bothered me to let my toddler son play on the floor since his socks would be covered in dirt and filth after only a couple hours of playtime. The WiFi did not work but I did not bring this up to the owner. The owner responded promptly to all of my questions and needs. We loved the privacy and the quiet country stay!
