We had a lovely relaxing few days

We were checked in at reception by a very pleasant, and helpful young man, our accommodation was modern and well equipped with a beautiful view of the water, on a lovely quiet site. It was clean, spacious, and bright, we ate in the restaurant which was good with a varied menu, the staff were all very attentive, Once again with a beautiful view.

The sofa was very tired and worn, and the decking outside hadn't been cleaned so was very slippery when wet, I fell over on it and hurt my knee.

Stay enjoyed by the family.

Situation of villa overlooking the water. En-suites to all bedrooms. Parking was good and convenient. Veranda with view of water was good. Beds comfortable. Good access to the water from the villa. Generally good.

Not sufficient comfortable seating in lounge area for six people. Kitchen surface restricted. Lighting was dim, particularly in the kitchen area. Main bedroom needed two bedside lights not one.

Nice design and location ruined by terrible service and client stay conditions, but still charging 400+ euros per night: - use swimming pool with the kid? Pay 20 euros and ask if they can find spots! - want a hair dryer? 25 euros deposit! - room deposit 500 euros (not really understand why since there is no minibar) - want coffee capsules? 10 euros for 10 capsule pack 😂 - they also ask you to clean your room before check out and get the garbage out! - and that is when check in is at 16 and check out is at 10!

Location of hotel

Hotel staff act in unpredictable way charging me additional 400 euro for 2 hours of extra cleaning after I have paid the cleaning . Be aware that your deposit will stay in hotel for unexplained and made up reason.

Excellent place, with a nice view by the sea, comfortable, modern and practical houses with everything you need. It has a nice garden, terrace and barbeque place, so probably better for the summer months. Super helplful staff. There are nice towns nearby and enough supermarkets and other services, but a car is a must.

The complex is huge, we booked two houses without knowing this (at the same time) and ended up at opposite sides (more than 10 mins walking). The staff tried to fix it but it was too late. Not a bad thing, just something to keep in mind when you book if you are a large group, mention you want the houses together!

The location of the villa is fantastic. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the private beach because of the bad weather, but it was quiet. They kept order and cleanliness, everything was as described. Luckily we were able to rent a bike so I had an unforgettable experience.

Unfortunately, due to the Covid situation, we were not always able to have dinner without a reservation. We arrived by two cars, but one had to be left outside, although there was space to park next to the house.

Park zelf, restaurant en ligging echt prima maar huisje niet voor herhaling vatbaar

De ligging en het park zelf is echt prima. Super goed eten in het restaurant en ontzettend vriendelijk en betrokken personeel zowel in het restaurant als bij de receptie.

Bijzonder ongezellig en echt sfeerloos huisje. De tv heeft amper Nederlandse zenders, vooral veel Duitse zenders. Afzuigsysteem na douchen maakt extreem veel herrie en zit naast de slaapkamer. Vaatwasser idem dito. Het huisje leek van binnen totaal niet op de foto’s op de website. Ik heb wel begrepen dat meerdere huisjes van particuliere eigenaren zijn waardoor er een groot verschil in de huisjes is qua inrichting.

Unterkunf t und Lage des Parks sehr schön, Kommunikation schwierig

Die Lage des Parks, die Einrichtung der Häuser. Wir haben nicht viel unternommen, da es in erster Linie um ein schönes Miteinander innerhalb unserer Gruppe ging ( 16 Personen) Der Escape Room ist zu empfehlen, wann befindet man sich schon einmal in einem U-Boot :))

Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption, im Vorfeld der Anreise, war sehr holprig. Entweder waren die Informationen unvollständig oder widersprachen sich zum Teil. z.Bsp.: Wir hatten das kulinarische Paket dazu gebucht und wurden, trotz Buchungsbestätigung dann noch einmal gefragt wann wir dieses denn wahrnehmen wollen. Beim Einchecken mussten wir dann erfahren, dass der Termin nicht geht, wegen einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft. Dabei wollten wir mit dem Essen einen runden Geburtstag feiern, der an dem Tag statt fand.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren das 2.Mal hier, es war wieder sehr schön erholsam. Das Haus ist toll, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Straßenlärm war immer sehr präsent, vielleicht durch einen Schutzwall, Bäume ein wenig den Lärm brechen lassen. Der Fußboden im Haus war nicht sauber, aber Urlaub ist Urlaub und nicht ganz so wichtig.

C'est un beau endroit, très tranquille. Les alentours très soigné. Le style des maisons très sympa. Bon restaurant sur le site.

L'escalier très raide dans la villa, très dangereuse, pas seulement pour les jeunes et les vieux. La carte du restaurant est trop petit.

Erholung in einer schönen Umgebung, mit einem Boot wäre es perfekt gewesen.

Die Lage in erster Reihe war unbeschreiblich, direkt aufs Wasser. Parken mit einem PKW direkt am Haus. Die Ruhe am Haus und in der gesamten Anlage. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Da wir Selbstversorger waren, keine Bewertung für das Frühstück. Bootsanleger vorhanden.

Die Sauberkeit im Haus war gut. Über das entfernen der vielen Spinnweben im Außenbereich hätten wir uns gefreut. Die Gebühren für das Mieten der Strand-Cabanas mit 40.-/Tag fand ich deutlich zu teuer.

Stark verdreckte Sitzbereich, ohne zeitaufwendige Reinigung nicht nutzbar, keine Kaffeemaschine für 7 Personen nur Kapselautomat, kein Fön, sehr steile Wendeltreppe mit Halbstufen für 80 jährige Eltern gefährlich, Schlafräume sehr eng mit Dachschrägen - nicht für Senioren geeignet

Keine Luxusvilla

Die Lage ist direkt am Wasser an einem See. Ist schön anzusehen. Strasse gegen über ist das Meer. Leider ist da kein richtiger Strand zum schwimmen. Am See kann man schwimmen ist aber leider mit Algen voll, je besser das Wetter desto mehr Algen kommen. Überall Gänse und Gänsekoott.

Wir hatten vom Haus viel mehr erwartet!!!! Bei der Buchung sind keine Fotos zu sehen was man bucht. Es wirt geschrieben Luxusvilla, unter lüxus verstehe ich was anderes. Wir hatten eine alte Küche mit eine nicht richtig funktionierenden spülmaschine. Alle 11Tage musste ich mit der Hand sauber spüllen.Auf Emails wurde nicht reagiert. Die Terrasse zwar schön groß aber mit trockenetem Rasen. Geschirr teilweise an den Seiten abgesplietert. Alles sicht abgenutzt aus. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich, die jenigen die mit Rücken Probleme haben können da nicht schlafen. Auf die ganze Anlage nur ein kleiner Spielplatz.

Nett angelegte Anlage

Kein Service, keine Reaktion auf Anrufe aufgrund Probleme in der Unterkunft, kein Entgegenkommen - kein Bemühen zur Problemlösung. Absolute Ignoranz dem Gast gegenüber! In unserem Haus krabbelten etliche Ameisen, insbesondere im Bereich der Arbeitsfläche der Küche. Die Terrasse war verdreckt, die Outdoor-Couch war kaputt, voller Dreck, Laub und Spinnen, also für den Gast nicht hergerichtet. Auf unsere Anrufe, dass sich jemand die Situation vor Ort anschaut und Abhilfe schafft, wurde seitens der Rezeption schlicht nicht reagiert. Es kam ca. 1 Stunde später eine Putzfrau, die uns Ameisengift überreichen wollte. Für alles andere bedauerte sie, nicht der richtige Ansprechpartner zu sein. Erst bei unserem Vorstelligwerden an der Rezeption bat man uns dann die Erstattung der Vorauszahlung an und stellte uns anheim, die Rückreise mit beiden Kindern anzutreten, nachdem wir gerade erst angekommen waren. Auf vehemente Nachfrage unsererseits wurde uns ein Wechsel des FH nach Ablauf von 2 Tagen angeboten, da die Anlage ausgebucht sei. Im Anschluss an das Gespräch wurden wir mit Ameisenködern ausgestattet verabschiedet. Da die Köder für uns sichtbar aus einem offensichtlich vollgefüllten Umzugskarton entnommen wurde, war klar, dass das Problem längst bekannt zu sein scheint und auch ein Wechsel des Hauses vmtl. keine Besserung bringen wird. An Ostern wurde uns ein kleiner Presentkorb überreicht. Ob dies im Zusammenhang mit Ostern stand oder eine kleine Entschuldigung war, ist uns nicht bekannt. Alles in allem schade und nicht empfehlenswert!
