About this house rental
Come REST and RELAX at the house affectionately known as the “Little Blue House”. I am more spacious than I look. My back deck will make you feel like you are in a tree house, where you will hear the creek flowing in the background. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the close by trails for long or short adventures, golf, antique shopping, bluegrass music, breweries and more! I give special discounts to law enforcement, fire personnel and school teachers. Three floors: Master with private bath on main level, 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs, 1 bedroom, bunk and bathroom on basement level. Sleeps 10 to 13. 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 3 single beds and a futon. 3 1/2 baths. Wifi, cable, central air, stocked kitchen, and outdoor charcoal grill. I am sorry but the gas fire place has been removed! NO YOUTH GROUPS! Sorry have had issues! Lastly PARK IN PARKING SPOTS! DO NOT PULL DOWN CLOSE TO HOUSE! Thanks

Love this house and its location. It was very clean, lots of room for everyone and the back deck made it feel like you were in a treehouse! Bill is very nice and easy to talk with if need be. I highly recommend this home.

The house was clean and well appointed, and was perfect for our group. Bill was not physically present but was very responsive to our needs. We plan to come back next summer.
