Welcome to 8400 sq ft of Family Reunion Fun!
Minutes from lakes, trails, golf courses, mountain biking, and road biking, river rafting and tubing, zip lines, and train rides. Ideal for skiers, only 20 minutes to Park City and 15 minutes from Deer Valley's back mountain lift. Supermarkets and restaurants are just 2 miles away in Heber City. - also RV hookups.

Miscellaneous Policies:
Swimming pool:
Pool is open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend and included in the price. We don't provide pool towels, only bath towels. Depending on the weather, (especially the night temperatures) we can open the pool during the month of May and September for $150/day. Check with the owners if you are interested in the pool those two months. If you rent the pool during May and September, you will need to rent it for your entire stay, not just part of your rental period. The pool is NOT available Oct through April.
We require a minimum four night rental for Thanksgiving and a minimum five night rental for Christmas and New Years.
If you have more than 44 guests, you will be charged $10 per person per night.

We had a great time. We have a big family and it was so fun. Lots of activities for the kids to participate in. We had plenty of beds to accommodate our family. Thanks for letting us stay at your place

We enjoyed our stay. We locked all of the doors but one side door when we left so you might want to have someone check on it. We put the pool cover key where we found it in the lock. We could not get the electric griddles to work good so that is something you might want to check out. The one on the bottom shelf would only work sometimes. The fridge was not very cold. We did not know we needed to bring paper towels. It was nice one roll was there. It would have been nice to know we needed to bring our own. Overall cleanliness was subpar, sticky floors and unclean bathrooms and we needed more toilet paper as well as shampoo in all the bathrooms (not just conditioner) some stains under the mattress pad, blood stain on the pillowcase, multiple outlets didn’t work they might want to check all of them. One light in the entryway is flickering and might need changing.

We booked this property for our family reunion in April, 2024 (26 people). When we arrived we discovered that there was no water. The host had emailed me 3 hours before check-in, but I don't check my emails that often so we had no idea there were problems. They did have maintenance there working on the problem and they were friendly and nice and eventually came up with a makeshift solution so we could at least use the toilets and shower. We were not able to drink the water so we had to buy bottled water for the whole 5 days we were there. They did bring us a couple of cases of bottled water and offered to pay for any other water we bought if we kept the receipts. The temporary solution wasn't perfect and we lost water a couple of times during our stay. Luckily we have people in our family who are problem solvers and we were able to fix the problem until maintenance could get there (about 1 hour after notified). The weather heated up so we needed the air conditioner and had no idea how to make it work, but, again, maintenance came out and turned it on so we could cool down a bit. Even with the problems and inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay at this property because the house was large enough for our whole family to be together and have a good time which was the most important thing to us. It was pretty rustic and could use some TLC, but it worked for us.
