The apartment is located in the center of the village of Seccheto, a small but pretty tourist resort. The beach of the village, located about 150 meters from the apartment, of fine white sand, is 130 meters long with a sandy bottom and crystal clear water. On the left there are smooth and suggestive granite cliffs, where natural pools are formed suitable for children.

First floor apartment with large terrace overlooking the sea. It is composed of a large living area with equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom with shower box.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets only, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning (only one animal)
- air conditioning supplement: € 50 per week
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- possibility to reserve an unattended parking space for € 5 per day (to be communicated before arrival subject to availability)
