The Luxurious LUMA EXECUTIVE LOFT in the LUMA building - a new luxury condo/loft in the heart of the city. An easy walk to LA Live!, Crypto.com Square, the METRO, and the Los Angeles Convention Center - where you will enjoy many great restaurants, movie theaters, sporting events, live concerts, the Grammy Museum, ESPN Zone, the MICROSOFT Theater and the combined JB Marriott / Ritz Carlton Residences property. There's a wonderful danish bakery right outside the front door, great Prank restaurant as well as Starbucks right around the corner, On Saturdays, a fantastic Farmers Market, and restaurants in all directions. AEG, (the sports & entertainment giant) has its new world headquarters right across the street in the historic Desmond building. You can walk to the Financial or Fashion District, the Historic Core, or hop the METRO to Hollywood/Universal Studios or the Long Beach Aquarium. A car is nice to have, but not necessary to get you here... You can take the flyaway bus from LAX to Union Station and then either the METRO line or a short Uber ride to the LUMA building. If you have a car while visiting, your personal covered parking for two vehicles is directly outside the unit. Hiking trails, Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame and beautiful beaches are all a 20 minute drive. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are a 50 minute drive, and San Diego's Legoland, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and SeaPort Village are a just a two-hour drive down the California Coastline. Our loft is located in a great area of downtown where you may encounter movie stars or filming on any given day. LUMA is a LEED-Certified Green Building.

Paula’s condo was outstanding! It is a 1200 sq. ft. unit with a well-equipped kitchen and a full laundry room, which is ideal for longer stays. Paula’s condo is on the second floor in a secure building, with 2 tandem parking spaces on the same level, just steps away from the condo and the elevators to the lower level for street access. Both the garage entrance and the elevators require a key fob to access, so it is a very safe environment.The condo is literally 2 – 2 ½ blocks from the crypto.com arena and L.A. Live; and a short 5-7 minute walk to Ralphs, the local grocery store, and Ralphs has an underground parking garage, so you can even drive and park for free, to and from Paula’s condo. Given the parking spaces at Paula’s and close access to the freeways, her condo makes a very good home base for day trips along the Pacific Coast Highway or to Hollywood and the Beverly Hills.Paula is also a very responsive host who responds quickly to inquiries, unlike a lot of other hosts.I would highly recommend Paula’s condo and the whole L.A. experience. We have stayed at Paula’s twice now and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Very clean property. Very easy to get in and out. Owner communicated often and clearly. Tremendous value for the price relative to the cost of a hotel room during a conference at the large venue up the street. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great spot! It has everything I needed, from laundry to the right sauce pans for dinner and breakfast. Even down to the provided coffee creamers, the details are in order. The gym is nice and helpful if you want to work off your DTLA dinner calories. The coffee shop, Ideology, is great, and right across the street, plus half a block from an excellent breakfast sandwich spot too. Doormen are friendly, and the host is responsive. This is our go-to first choice when headed to Crypto arena or convention center. Thank you Paula for a great stay.
