Steps from the gulf, well-maintained, very clean, walking distance to food, ice cream, drinks, the water, and on the trolley line. We love staying here, and Joy is a wonderful host, who is always quick to respond and takes pride in her property. We look forward to seeing you next year!

We had a super late check in and I was very nervous I’d have issues at 2am! Everything went smoothly. Condo views were more amazing and convenient than even the pictures show. Clean, tidy, and had everything we needed!
