The house has been recently renovated inside and outside, including all new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, deck and furnishings. The house features comfortable decor with one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. An additional loft space makes for some extra room.

We found the property to be wonderful. We would have benefited from knowing that we would be required to take the ferry to come and go because we are not from the area. Not having linens provided by the property was a little bit of a surprise as well. Regardless of those two things - we would definitely stay there again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located near Edgartown and South Beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and more and was in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was nice, property is very clean and in close distance to most everything. Just wish they had made the lack of towels and linens more obvious in the listing.

The property is located in a cute neighborhood in Edgartown. Bus stops at the end of a nearby road which was convenient. House was cute and mostly clean with a few exceptions: coffee grounds in the coffee pot, spiders and spider webs in downstairs bedroom and upstairs shower, and as we went to put the sheets on our bed, the mattress covers were not the cleanest (flecks of strange material). The rest was fine.
