This spacious five-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage sleeps up to 12 guests and offers the setting families and friends want most: direct lake frontage, expansive water views, a private seasonal dock, a generous lakefront lawn and two covered porches overlooking the lake.
Start your mornings with coffee on the porch, spend the afternoon fishing or enjoying the water, and gather together in the evening in the large lakefront great room. Tankless water heater. First floor laundry. Minutes from great restaurants and micro breweries: Southern Tier Brewery / Distillery, Stella’s, Ellicottville Brew Pub, Village Casino, Main Landing.
LAKEFRONT LIVING
The cottage sits directly on Chautauqua Lake and features a private 100-foot dock available seasonally from approximately April through October.
The large lakefront lawn provides plenty of room for relaxing, outdoor games and enjoying the view. Adirondack chairs on the dock create a peaceful place to watch the sunrise, take in the scenery or enjoy a quiet evening by the water.
Two covered lakefront porches provide comfortable outdoor living regardless of the weather:
• A spacious covered porch off the main living area
• A private covered porch off the upstairs primary bedroom

The 20-by-20-foot great room is the heart of the cottage, with spectacular lake views and plenty of room for your group to gather.

We had such a wonderful time here! The house was immaculately clean. The entire area was so peaceful and quiet-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pictures online are exactly what the home looks like in person, just beautiful! There was plenty of outdoor furniture, which made it easy to enjoy time outside. Every detail was thought through, making our stay both restful and memorable. The dock had four super comfortable chairs, making it the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. The homeowners were amazing to work with, and we truly can’t say enough good things about this home. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, and peaceful place to recharge, this is absolutely it.

This lake home has everything you need to have an amazing vacation with your family or friends. The home was clean, cozy and comfortable for our family of 5 with room to spare. My family enjoyed kayaking, fishing from the dock, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit and relaxing. It was a great location to get away from our hectic daily life back home to reconnect and recharge with the most important people in our life, family! Thank you for making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped into your amazing lake home. We hope to come back again soon!

We loved this property! Clean, spacious, beautiful yard and dock and had everything we needed. A perfect setting for a fun, relaxing vacation.
