On the ground floor there is a 3,000 square foot covered pad for avoiding the occasional shower while still enjoying the outdoors.

My family and I truly enjoyed the house and pool. We love the area. Vacation there every year. There is a new house built next door on the beach side that isn't shown in the pics. We would stay there again, if available next summer.

We had a great time at the house. Jim was very understanding when I had to call him to let him know I had set off the house alarm becuase I forgot to load up the code before opening the door.The location is pefect. It's very secluded but still close enough to several restaurant options. Due to COVID, we did not explore much in the way of shops, but there are several quaint areas along the coast. Walking to the beach was very convenient, and there was no one there. We would have used the pool if it were heated, since overnight temps were in the 40's during our stay, but it doesn't make much sense to heat a pool in southern Mississippi! I'm sure it's much nicer in August haha!The upstairs game area was very well appointed and I'm sure we would have used it if the weather prevented us from going outdoors.
