Built in 1895, before Arizona even became a state, this fully restored and charming one-bedroom miner’s cottage is located along an old mule path turned staircase above street-level public parking – accessible via just enough stairs to feel healthy! Walk to fine dining, arts, museums, galleries, evening entertainment, and historic attractions; watch great birding; access hiking trails right above the house; and relax and enjoy gorgeous sunsets and stargazing from your private deck.
The Doublejack Guesthouse offers king-sized bed accommodations, a fully equipped kitchen, standard-size refrigerator with ice maker, central air conditioning and heating, claw foot bathtub & walk-in double shower, flat screen smart TV, iPod docking station with radio and CD player, wireless high speed Internet (WI-FI), and complimentary locally roasted coffee and fixings for breakfast.

Charming Inside and Out! To begin, Bob is an excellent host! Accessible and great at communicating well before our stay! Next, 75 steps! Doable with some huffing and puffing on the way up! Please don’t pack a big suitcase or heavy bags unless you are in great shape! That said, you are rewarded when you get to the top by the charming Doublejack Guesthouse! The vine arches, water feature, bird feeders, and deck make the outdoors appealing! The inside is clean and nicely decorated, beginning with the beautiful chandelier in the entry! In addition to all of this, breakfast has been provided! A quiet retreat that I highly recommend!

Bob is an excellent, well informed host. Would absolutely stay at one of Bob's rentals again. The Double Jack Guest house is cozy and a great location to headquarter your Bisbee getaway for 2. I would only caution anyone with health or mobility issues. There are a fair amount of stairs. When combined with the altitude it could be an issue for some.
