This was a perfect condo for our family vacation. We were able to watch the whales right from the patio. Condo was clean with everything we needed. Linda was fantastic to work with and very responsive with any questions I had.

Walking into 3 Bed 2 Bath Oceanfront condo is stepping onto a wanderous tropical experience! Lanai was comfortable and the ocean view beautiful. The bedrooms were comfy and decor throughout was Hawaaian. This is our second time staying in this condo. Linda B. Is the best Property Manager ! See you soon@ Mahalo.

Booked because of 3 bedrooms, air and tv in each bedroom(because we had 3 groups and felt it would be nice that each group had a place to get away and relax), and also for the location. The very large air conditioner unit was located on the patio and blew so much hot air we could not even stand to sit out there enjoy the beautiful ocean view a meal or drink. That was very disappointing because the view is beautiful from there. TV in the third bedroom did not work. A remote on the night stand gave written instructions as to how to turn on the cable tv. Called unit manager was told the TV was only for DVD's and Videos...we told her there was NO DVD or VIDEO player in the room. Then she changed her answer saying it didn't work because they stapled through the cable line when they put in the dry wall,(should of been fixed then!) after she had just told us there was no cable in this room. Why then have a remote control with instructions how to turn the cable on if they knew there was none?? Manager said it would be checked the next day but it never was. There was also one strip of the blind missing in that 3rd room which felt very uncomfortable for our daughter who was staying in that room. The refrigerator ran very hot and it made working in the kitchen uncomfortable. We only ran the dishwasher once and it left everything dirty, even though the dishes had been rinsed before putting them in it. We did dishes by had the rest of the week. You had to be very careful using the wash machine because, as the instruction state, too much suds could cause flooding in the unit below and if this happened then you'd be held responsible. We were also told via email with the Unit Manager that there would be a cooler, there was not one. There were beach towels and chairs which was nice. The unit itself is very nice, and it was very clean. I just think that if you show a tv in each room on your VRBO site, then they should all work, that was misleading. The refrigerator??? they may want to find out why it runs so hot. And the blinds should be fixed. All petty things, but they would make the place perfect. It is a great location, close to stores, grocery, and dinning, with a nice beach, and swimming pool. The property is well taken care of. The condo itself just needs a little attention. There was also very loud pounding and drilling under us 3 full days and we were never told this was going to happen, it was so loud we couldn't stay during the day.
