The actual setup of the property is nice. There were some issues that would have made the stay better.
1. There was no remote control for the TV in the family room. I ended up having to use my laptop since we had no way of using that TV with the available cable.
2. The guest bedroom has a ceiling fan with a light. However, there wasn't a way to turn off the light when the fan was running. So, sleeping at night had to be done without the use of the ceiling fan.
3. The outside deck areas are nice. However, they were somewhat covered in pine needles. Also, if you're planning on staying here during warm weather, BUY SOME MOSQUITO REPELLANT!!!
Now for all of the positives.
1. The unit is nicely furnished and comfortable.
2. The location is good and the view of the lake is outstanding.
3. The steps going down to the lake are very steep, but they are in good shape. Just remember that gravity will be working against you on your way back up!
4. Hot Springs Village Rentals, the agency that manages the unit has great service.
5. The kitchen was nicely equipped.
6. WIFI was fast and dependable.
We had a great time. The negatives were a bit of a pain to deal with, but overall, the unit is nice. I can recommend the unit, but I'd want renters to be aware of the negatives.

We absolutely loved our stay at this clean, well-maintained, comfortable, two-story condo. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, this place has a great view of the lake and a couple of leather recliners to die for. Check-in/check-out was super simple (we arrived after hours) and the gate guards always greeted us with a smile and wave. Hated having to leave; would re-book this place in an instant.

This property was as described. There are very many steps getting down to and up from the lake so if you have bad knees/hips keep that in mind. Also, the king size bed is very firm to me. I'm used to sleeping on a soft bed. Other than that, it was perfect. Dishes in the kitchen could use some updating. Home Plate and Clampit's are both very close and very good places to eat. The neighbor next door is nice and friendly as well. Great neighborhood. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing.

This place was breathtaking. The house was clean and well furnished and we had everything we needed. I’d recommend it to anyone and we definitely would go back.
