About this apartment rental
Welcome to Parkside Unit 6! Conveniently located in Town across from Joni's Beach. This multilevel condo features 2 Bedrooms with 2.5 Baths. On the first level you will find the living area with kitchen/bath that opens to a great room concept with living and dining room areas, opening to a screen porch. The second level has two bedrooms. One is a King Bed with an additional Twin and bath and deck overlooking the lake. Bedroom two has two queens. The third floor has a jacuzzi and shower. Rates are based on four guests.There is an additional $25.00 per person per night up to six guests.

Condiments (including salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard, oils etc. - WI Department of Health & Human Services requires all condiments must be removed after each rental)
Additional towels for going to the beach (bath towels provided are for use inside the property not to be taken outside or to the beach)

Gas Grill (shared with other condo owners, please be respectful of its use) also available across the street at Joni's Beach are grilling platforms if you prefer to use a charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid).
Complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels, Garbage Bags, Dish Soap, Dishwasher soap along with Hand Soap and Shampoo for each bathroom

Excellent location; very comfortable beds with great pillows; well-equipped kitchen, (though missing a cutting board); just okay furniture that wasn’t comfortable or stylish; loved the screened in porch but it really needed more comfortable seating also; the second floor balcony was unusable 😔 because the screen would not slide very easily. We were Impressed with the cleanliness of this place!

This property is in a perfect location within a short walk of beach, dining and shops. Great view off the deck! Lots of space. Living room furniture is in major need of upgrading. We found we had to wash all pans and some silverware before using. That was gross. Could use a deep clean. Maintenance responded very quickly to a few things in need of minor repair. Contact was responsive to our communications.
