Our mountain home is now ready to rent. Its features include three bedrooms(two queen beds, two twins), and three bathrooms, each with tub/shower combinations. It is located in a quiet area with seasonal mountain views. The main floor level has solid oak hardwood floors, and soaring tongue and groove pine ceilings. This level features an open great room, a dining room, a stacked rock gas fireplace, a 42 inch flat-scree TV, a VCR/DVD, a fully-equipped kitchen with solid surface countertops, maple cabinets, one bedroom, a large walk-in pantry and a full bath. This floor leads to a large covered deck with a seasonal view of the lake and a year-round view of the mountains.
The upper level has a master suite with solid oak hardwood floors, a television. The master offers a fantastic seasonal view of the lake and a year-round view of the mountains. The master bedroom also has a full bath and a large walk-in closet.
The lower level has a large bedroom with twin beds, a furnished living room with a television, a full bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer, and a deck.
We have wireless internet service in the house.
Our home is located in Bear Paw, which is the only development on gorgeous Lake Hiwassee in the mountains of southwestern North Carolina. Lake Hiwassee is only five to ten minutes walking distance from our home. Lake Hiwassee is an 178-mile long mountain lake that offers casual fishing, boating, and swimming. There is also a shared swimming pool(open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), a marina that rents boats, a tennis court, a basketball court, a child's playground, and a child's fishing pond. A secured entrance gate adds to the feeling of peace and serenity pervading Bear Paw.
There is a new gambling casino with a bowling alley in the town of Murphy.

The property was nice well maintained. Tv should be updated. The cabin is perfect to disconect but there is nothing to do with kids in a 2 hour radio. Closest market is about 40 min away and community roads are narrow and scary at night. Otherwise its perfect quiet place.
