Cannot open windows / no balcony

It was within walking distance from the ferry terminal where I arrived. The hotel was super clean and comfy, offered a good on-side restaurant and Semi-Professional massages in your room. Great to stroll along the shores in the afternoon and sit in the shades.

The elevator beeps were super loud, sounded like Super Mario collected a coin everytime it stopped on my floor.

There was no fridge in the room. We had specifically selected two single beds, but were instead given one queen bed, which was inconvenient. I would also advise guests not to take the massage service. After a long day, we requested two masseurs for a 90-minute session. They only arrived at 9:40 pm. From the start, they were talking loudly about personal matters, repeatedly asking each other how much time was left. The massage quality was poor as they were constantly using their phones while massaging. The session ended at 10:47 pm, which was well short of the promised 90 minutes. They then washed their hands, collected the payment, and left without explanation. Although this is a third-party service, the hotel should ensure that any vendor they engage is professional and reliable, as it directly affects the guest experience.
