Property is ocean front beautiful views of the sunrise and sunsets.. Very peaceful quiet place to relax.. House is very clean and served us well.
Furniture is very outdated and beds weren’t comfortable my back still hurts from the bed bring a mattress pad or extra pillows to make the beds more comfortable.

Great place overall. Wonderful large deck overlooking the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Very peaceful and quiet.
The beds are not very comfortable. I slept on the small couch most nights.

Location, Location, Location. I like being able to be right on the bay side. Can see the bridge from the patio. Easy walk to the private beach. Beach is not crowded and very peaceful. Water is calm and warm. Kids had a great time. Love the outside faucet in the patio to wash our sandy feet before going inside the house. A/C works good and also water pressure and hot water in the house is great.🤗
The house is in bad shape, especially the ceiling leaks, the beds are terrible, the patio door needs to be replaced. Need to address the leaks and the ceiling fan in bedroom about to fall off. Missing 1 blade. The gas grill is very dirty. Either Vacasa doesn't know or the owner doesn't want to spend money to fix it. Too bad the house could be beautiful! The house sways like there is an earthquake. Must be the wind. Sorry for bad review.😏
