The kitchen area, needs a deep clean and update

A beautiful big apartment perfectly situated across the road from the beach and walking distance to all other restaurants, pubs etc. The apartment had all of the amenities need for our stay - washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer just everything. The location is excellent and although we were on the main promenade it was lovely and quite at night. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. The host Eduard was great too and answered any questions we had.

Nothing - we had no complaints about this apartment - it had everything we needed and was very secure and safe. We all had a great time and it was made all the easier because we felt very comfortable here.

The location & the view was brilliant. Rooms were spacious & comfy & all round balcony's a bonus.

You only emailed me were to collect the keys after we arrived & phoned the owner. aircon could be better.

I am very conflicted with this review. Location is 10/10 and unbeatable. Hosts are lovely. Place is roomy. Complex is lovely and safe. Location is perfect. Just across from the beach. Loads of restaurants and a great supermarket behind the complex and another one 100 meters up the road. 3 bedrooms and room to spread out. Hosts are lovely and easy to deal with.

Kitchen, plates and utensils were filthy. Cleanliness a real issue. There were cardboard price tags on almost everything. You have to pay a cash €250 deposit. So I assume if you break anything then they know the cost of replacement? But many things that had price tags were already cracked or broken in some way, this made us feel uncomfortable. Nonetheless when we checked out the hosts came and did a viewing. It was quick and easy and I was provided with all my money back. So I don't think it was as bigger deal as I thought. New plates in the kitchen were filthy. And had the original stickers on them. Which you had to soak to remove. So you couldn't use them because they were on the inside. No tea or coffee. No salt or pepper. No garbage bags. A dishwasher with no dishwasher tablets. A washing machine with no detergent. Beds were uncomfortable. Linen was not great. Place is old and very dated. Except for the bathroom. But hot water runs out very quickly. Check in was ok. Thanks to the lady at the shop who helped us. Because the instructions were sketchy. Buy your own water. And use that in the kettle. Not worth the price we paid. I give the Location a 10 and the apartment a 4.
