"The location was perfect, and the wildlife was incredible to watch — we saw wild horses, deer, and even a skunk that decided to visit us on the porch! The space was large enough for all of us, and the towels were very nice. We loved the large table for all of us to sit at.
"The house looked just like the pictures on the outside, and the space was nice. However, we were a bit disappointed with a few things. Only one jet in the hot tub was working, which was a letdown since that was one of the main reasons we booked. The coffee pots were tricky to use — the first one ran all over the counter due to the pot not being the correct pot and the second didn’t fit properly, so we had to get creative to make our coffee. The kitchen sink is also quite worn and could use an update. One of the rooms that has two twin beds one was on the floor and the other could not be slept in because it was so loud when they turned over. Overall, the house has potential, but these small issues made our stay less comfortable than expected."

it is sad that a property with several positives would have been neglected. The major problem with this home is that 3 of the 5 beds are basically unusable. one of the children in our group slept on the couch because the twin beds that we planned to use for him were horrible. They sunk into the frame so you felt the bar underneath. The 3rd full bed was only somewhat better. creaky, broken down. the maintenance people. w were great amd brought a pad for that one that helped a little. The 2 queens were old, better. kitchen sink and tubs have chunks coming off,
Another major problem was that the old sliding shower door in the master bath literally fell off the track into the shower whien I was in it. Thank goodness it wasn’t a child!
There were other issues that you wouldn’t expect from a rental like this.
We regret that these issues kept the cabin from being a great place!
also, the DVD wasn’t working, but after 3 this it’s from the great Maintenance guy, he brought out a new one.
