Stella Maris B Casasol Apartments

Location - walking distance to old town , great view of the sea. Terrace faced west.. very clean. Excellent communication from staff and answered my questions promptly.

The little single beds were uncomfortable, thin cheap mattresses, no fitted sheets, so mattress cover and sheets came out after every sleep. Not enough reading lights beside chair in living room.

We loved the location - right near the beach and also private pool. The apartment is not in the city center but right at the entrance of the city, which is not too bad, quite place, 15min to the old town. Pool was nice and kids loved it. The beach is also nearby and clean. The apartment is quite spacious with one bedroom and living room and balcony facing the pool and the beach. The host met us in person, that was a man from an agency. And we were also greeted by leaving wine and chocolate which was really appreciated!

There are small details but all in all they make the whole view, which is not so perfect. The apartment need renovation I suppose because there are some places in the kitchen or bathroom that need more deep cleaning. The balcony should be nice but the neighbors are too close and smoking all the time. There are a lot of additional staff in the balcony that should be removed to make it cozy and nice, and creating real value. The living room has sofa which is not a proper bed for adults but that was OK for 3 days. To reach the pool in inner garden one of the ways is to use cellar door, in total you need to lock three doors forth and back, which sometimes creates a burden :) But you can go through outside and lock only the gates.

Es war Hygienisch nicht so sauber, viele Ecken mit Ameisen & hinter der Waschmaschiene lief Wasser aus ( tröpfelte) , Austattung ist sicher verbesserungsfähig wenn man Selber Kochen möchte fehlte Utensilien ..die Matratzen sind recht gebraucht , ( sollte man umdrehen gelegentlich )

Beautiful spacious apartment, well appointed, comfortable, great view of pool and good glimpse of beach beyond. Just a one minute walk to beach,15 minutes to the Old Town.

Had to meet representative to get the keys. This meant much back and forth with messages based on unpredictable arrival time. A lockbox for the keys would have solved this so easily. Would recommend that the property install a lockbox for guests.
