House was perfect for our large family. They had everything you need. Beautiful surroundings, hot tubs worked and the kids loved the arcade games. Plenty of room and we loved the fireplace. Would stay again!

We stayed here for a week long spring break trip with a group of 18. Overall it was good value for the price and we had a great time. 25-30 mins to Gatlinburg, 20 mins to Pigeon Forge, 15 minutes to Dollywood. Pros:House is very large with spaces as describedArcade / Pool room is great for the kidsBack deck has fantastic viewsHot tubs were in good working condition Centrally located Easy check in and accessConsAlthough property is on 20 acres, not much is usable. It’s on the aside of a very steep hill / cliff. This was missing from the description. Multiple calls were required to the property management company to resolve minor issues with the unit. (One oven not working,diswashwer drawers broke, etc).No house guidebook provided
