This charming Hyde Park 2nd floor garage apartment, located in the heart of Hyde Park, was built in mid-1940 and is newly renovated. It is a spacious one bedroom apartment comprised of a living room, full kitchen with small dining area & computer desk nook & full bathroom. The apartment is within close walking distance to multiple restaurants, bakery/coffee shop & local grocery store. It is also approximately 20 blocks from the University of Texas campus & only a few miles from downtown.

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient to an excellent intersection with many different dining options at 43rd and Duval - walking distance, one block away. We’ll stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was nice and the host was very helpful and communicative. Very fairly priced rental for the dates (SXSW) and the location…such a charming and convenient neighborhood to have as a base for visiting Austin. Would definitely stay again!
