This Indian Rocks Beach oceanfront condo offers guests beautiful Gulf views from the balcony and easy access to area attractions, not to mention a shared pool and hot tub at the complex. Guests will enjoy cable TV in every room and a private washer/dryer.
Several dining options are available right across the street, and JD's also offers drinks, music, and dancing. Boating and fishing are popular area activities, and nearby attractions include the Indian Rocks Historical Museum, Splash Harbour Water Park, Florida Botanical Gardens, and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Other options include the Largo Golf Course and Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf, which is fun for the whole family!
Things to Know
The full kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
**Condo complex will be undergoing building painting and restoration. Replacing power grid for building and various other restorations. The project is slated to begin August 11, 2025 and will last through September 2025.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Security camera details: There is an active security camera located in the parking garage area.
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was very nice. The view was awesome, and the location was fantastic. The reason for 4 stars, and not 5, was because the refrigerator did not have a water filter installed, and maintenance was supposed to come back and bring one, but that never happened. Also, the toilet paper was single ply and see through. We had to buy TP on Day 2 because of this. Otherwise, we loved the placed and would go back.

Location is fantastic. Very well appointed. Simple and tasteful. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. And…. For those of us that do have to conduct business while on PTO, WiFi was lightning fast!
