Larkspur Lodge Historical Home Hillcrest Mines, Crowsnest Pass Alberta

This location exceeded any expectations that I had. Very tidy, wonderful communication, and the place was wonderful. A big thanks to the hosts from me and mine!

I can’t say enough about how fabulous this place is!!! We were a family of 5 adults and 2 dogs and there was so much space for all of us. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely well stocked- the firewood is well stocked and the book shelves/games are also fully stocked!! The decor is eclectic but oh so cool from antique to mid century modern and very comfortable. We only spent 2 nights but would love to come back for a week. The history of the house was also very interesting to read- thanks for preserving and sharing this historical site in the Crowsnest Pass. The location is also perfect and easy to access everything! Beautiful, peaceful setting!!!

Property has lots of character. However looks tired. Most furniture cushions have holes in them. The vegetation was totally overgrown at the entrance as well as at the driveway. I had stayed there a few years ago and while it accommodates a large group it needs some attention. I think it should be noted that the stairs are quite steep and the only main floor bedroom isn’t really that.
