About this apartment rental

Village Square 355 is a beautifully decorated 780 sq ft, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath that Sleeps 5 people. The Bedroom has a King Size Bed, while the Living Room is equipped with a queen Sofa Sleeper and a Twin sofa sleeper in the enclosed balcony. Amenities in this condominium include a Gas burning Fireplace, Flat Screen TV, Free WiFi and a Full Size Kitchenl. Many personal touches by the owner make this one of our nicest properties. This condo is just a short 2 minute walk to the American Eagle lift. Village Square 355 is ideal for anyone looking for a nicely appointed accommodation within the heart of Copper Mountain's Center Village and its numerous shops, restaurants and amenities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72362 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A near lifts condo at a reasonable price. Vail and Snowmass are way out of reach now.Roomy codo but needed a better bath-toilet design. Wear here and there as expected.Copper Vaations exceptional.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The elevators were in disrepair and ultimately shut down. very disappointed!! walking ski boots up and down the stairs. Very dated decor.
