About this house rental
This stunning 7000 sq ft Georgian home sits directly on a bend in the Savannah River. The wooded, professionally landscaped 1.6 acre property is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood only 9.9 miles (21 minutes) from Augusta National. A spacious travertine deck alongside the pool and spa begs for barbecuing or bird-watching. A few steps lead down to a large firepit with Adirondack chairs overlooking the riverbank, where river cooters, herons, cormorants, hawks, and otters can be seen.
The front entry of the home boasts a Grand Foyer with marble floors and a spectacular crystal chandelier lighting the main staircase. The Main Floor has raised ceilings, wood floors, and generous crown moldings throughout. It consists of a spacious two-sofa Living Room with Georgian-style gas fireplace, bookshelves, a spectacular full-wall river view, and French doors opening to an elevated deck with rocking chairs a gas grill, and dining set.
A huge newly remodeled Thermador Chef's Kitchen includes a conventional and steam oven, 5-burner natural gas cooktop, quartz countertops, oversize garden window with Savannah River views, and built-in breakfast nook seating 6. A separate coffee bar with bar sink, wine fridge, electric kettle, Keurig and Nespresso machines is also located adjacent to this space for convenience of making beverages. Adjoining the Kitchen is the comfortable Keeping Room, with gas fireplace, two Laz-E-Boy heated/massaging/reclining chairs, loveseat couch, and a 60 inch UHD TV visible from the Kitchen and breakfast nook. Off the Keeping Room is a furnished, screened outdoor area called the Octagon Room, which offers views of numerous bird feeders and the cardinals, hummingbirds, wrens, and finches they attract.
The Master Bedroom suite has panoramic river views, direct access to the upper deck, an adjoining exercise area, 55 inch UHD TV, walk-in closet, and a bathroom suite with two large vanities/sinks and shower, toilet, and jacuzzi tub areas. The formal Dining Room seats up to 12 under twin chandeliers. It is separated from the Kitchen by a butler's pantry. The Main Floor also provides a newly renovated Powder Room, a modern Laundry Room with washer, dryer, and laundry sink, and a 3-car garage.

Just beyond the Grand Foyer on the Main Floor, stairs lead down to the 1600 sq ft lower level Cabana, which is a completely renovated apartment with its own fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, queen bedroom, full bath, and a TV lounge. The pool, spa, and lower deck are best accessed from this level. If required, a Craft Room adjoining the Cabana Bedroom can accommodate an inflatable queen size air bed for additional guests.
The HVAC system is split between Main and Upper Floors, and every major room has multi-speed ceiling fans. A Sonos sound system is capable of providing music to main rooms and exterior decks.

The pictures do not do this property justice!!! We stayed at Havana on the Savannah for a corporate event for our Executives and top tier customers. Everyone had an
AMAZING time! There was plenty of room, additional bed set ups, an amazing referral for a housekeeper during the stay for turn down service, the most serene setting, something for everyone - whether you want to grill while jamming out using the awesome sonos system, or pull up the tournament in the massive media room - this home has it all! Nina is amazing to communicate with. There was no question left unanswered upon arrival and her theme throughout the house was super nice. We really made quite the impression for our guests and did not have one complaint! Thank you Nina, for your wonderful hospitality. The work you do to maintain your home is admirable and the environment is beautiful, from the jasmine vine wall to all of the colorful flowers. We will def see you next year :)
