About this house rental
Capacity for 11 people, plus a baby in a crib.
The house is attached on one side, on the beachfront, with private street with access to the sea. From the door of the house, down the private street, you can walk in 15 seconds to the beach !!!
It has 5 rooms, kitchen, dining room and 2 complete bathrooms (one with bath and the other with shower), Barbecue and large solarium of 80 m2 with sea views and away from the view of curious, in addition to two terraces bordering the house plus the solarium.
It has bedding, crockery and complete kitchen utensils.
There is an oven and gas stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are two televisions available.
There is no heating system.
The municipality of Moncofar has five small stone beaches, and before entering the water, sand.
It is only 8 km from the Vall d'Uixó where the largest navigable underground river is located, 6 km from Burriana (with its fishing port) and 20 km from Castellón de la Plana (with plenty of Tourism and Leisure options.
It is also 20 km from Sagunto with its Roman ruins and beaches, and also less than 45 km from Valencia. As you will see in the different comments of other clients, the house is ideal to relax on its stone beaches, which are not crowded, enjoy the sun, take advantage of all the comforts of the house, ... and if you want to go sightseeing, They have a lot of options to be able to visit very close.

A toda la familia les pareció una casa muy bien distribuida, con todas las comodidades para pasar unos días de playa. El estar ubicada junto a la playa y con un entorno tranquilo y bello, nos ha posibilitado disfrutar de nuestros nietos. También hemos disfrutado de la pesca. Una excelente experiencia veraniega.

Obiekt w świetnej lokalizacji dla osób lubiących pobyt wśród ludzi ale uciekający od zgiełku. Plaża bardzo blisko, tak przyjemna, że uzywalismy jej codziennie (zazwyczaj codziennie jesteśmy na innej plaży). Obiekt zgodny z opisem, niezbyt nowoczesny ale funkcjonalny i klimatyczny. Fantastyczny taras. Jedynie czego czasami brakowało to klimatyzacji w pokojach na ostatnim piętrze. Bardzo pomocny i przyjazny właściciel :) Polecamy

nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, la maison est spacieuse, le solarium, parfait le soir et la nuit quand il fait trés chaud, juste a pousser le portail et vous êtes sur la plage de galets, pas de sable, les proprio sont trés accueillants et les voisins français qui viennent depuis 30 ans nous ont donné quelques petits renseignements, franchement c'etait top, merci
